However, if these efforts prove unsuccessful, you have the option to receive a refund guarantee between 50% and 100%, depending on case assessment, before we agree to take on the case. This refund is intended to cover the administrative costs incurred by our team. Most clients choose to continue working with us toward successful account reactivation, rather than requesting a refund. - Refund Conditions:
Please note that the refund guarantee is only applicable if your account remains deactivated after payment. If your account is reactivated or opened for any reason after you have made payment, the refund option will no longer apply. - Customer Submitting Own Appeal:
If you choose to submit your own appeal while we are actively working on your case, and your account is reactivated as a result, no refund will be offered. This applies regardless of the outcome of your appeal. - Refund Guarantee for Change of Mind:
